PDCAAS: valoarea proteinelor

Scor PDCAAS (acronim pentru Protein Digestibility-Corrected Amino Acid Score): scor conceput de Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii pentru a clasifica valoarea biologica a proteinelor. PDCAAS: acronym for Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score.
The biological value of proteins is strictly linked to the presence and proportion of essential aminoacids. The highest PDCAAS score is atributed to proteins of animal origin: meat and fish milk, cheese, eggs.
